Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ERP Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in selling ERP systems and a deep understanding of business needs across various industries. You will play a key role in identifying leads, closing deals, and contributing to our expansion in the Saudi and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in targeted sectors.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend the appropriate ERP modules.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements efficiently.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Log all activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on market trends and client feedback.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in ERP or enterprise software sales (B2B).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP features (Sales, Inventory, POS, Accounting, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Existing client network in industries like retail, wholesale, automotive, electronics, or services is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, especially for local market communication).
  • Valid driver's license (if the role involves on-site client visits).
