Job Description

Valtech MENA is looking for a detail-oriented and vibrant HR & Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both, the People & Culture as well as the Office Management function. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen ability to handle various responsibilities.People & CultureHandle the end-to-end employee experience at Valtech MENA Responsible for collating and maintaining all employee data, including employment contracts, letters, personal information etc. Support in all strategic HR relevant topics Keep abreast of all legal and regulatory changes, and work with the Head of Department to incorporate changes as necessary Manage visa documentation process, candidate communications and liaise with PRO to support the visa process Maintain company HRIS with accurate and up-to-date employee records, including: organizational structure charts, absence, turnover, headcount reporting for leadership Use a proactive mindset to focus on operational excellence to improve internal efficiency and reduce administrative burden to provide an empathetic and reliable focal point for all employees Implement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Build a strong network within the HR admin community of all distributors and entities to facilitate the people HR related requests & documents preparation (Offer letters, salary changes letters, promotion letters, experience letters, etc). Manage the administrative tasks related to departing employees and support  Office ManagementOwnership of office management including, but not limited to, management of office supplies, utilities management and expense management Manage relationships with vendors and service providers Provide ad hoc support for the MENA Leadership team, both on internal and external administrative requirements Plan & organize events and celebrations to enhance employee engagement Book flights and hotels for new joiners and employeesWe would love if you haveEducation & Professional ExperienceMinimum 2 years of HR/Learning & Development/Administrative experience in the Middle East Excellent communication and written skills in English Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.Interpersonal SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Self-disciplined with strong growth mindset. Takes the initiative to provide support to staff. Asks questions to identify the needs & priorities. Direct , assertive and confident in communicating with others. Stays calm when dealing with a range of demands. Speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
