Job Description
- Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
- Answers calls, takes messages, and handles correspondence.
- Documents expenses and generates reports.
- Handling daily administration works.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Familiar with ERP.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Administration, or equivalents.
- Very good user of MS Office.
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
- 0 to 2 years' experience in the same field.
- High time management and organization skills.
