Job Description

Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) is looking for qualified candidates to fill Project Coordinator / Administrator vacancy, to start immediately.

Position Description: 

EUI seeks applicants for full-time employment and invites candidates to become engaged in an interactive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Administrator to support the administrative and operational aspects of our grant project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth running of the project, Find below details of all requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Coordinate the project's administrative and logistical aspects, ensuring timely progress and adherence to timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation and reporting, including preparation of progress reports, financial documentation for reimbursements, and other required project materials.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and other project events, including handling logistics, invitations, and materials preparation.
  • Support the grant/project management process, including tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and liaising with both universities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration tools for the project team, ensuring efficient workflow and document management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within academic or research project settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. 
  • Competency in digital tools and platforms for project management, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
