Job Description

Easy Facility Management is looking for a motivated and experienced Contract Support Administrator to join our team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all project requirements.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation.
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
  • Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Conduct clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry.
  • Coordinate internally with different departments and project stakeholders.
  • Register suppliers and ensure completion of official documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance for timely and accurate processing of project-related expenses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • +5 years’ experience in Facility or Administration management.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Facilities, Operations, and Project Management are a must in FM industry.
