Job Description
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, invoicing and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
- Preparing necessary materials for customer’s meetings.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a must.
- Administration and project Management (Agile\Waterfall) is preferable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and MS project.
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience, preferably in the software industry.
