Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution of training programs and initiatives within the medical center. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination of resources. The Project Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the center by facilitating smooth operations and enhancing the learning experience for trainees.

Responsibilities:

1. Society Liaison:
o Collaborate closely with the society responsible for the center.
o Facilitate communication, align goals, and ensure seamless collaboration.

2. Administrative Tasks:
o Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the center.
o Manage schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.
o Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.

3. Content Coordination:
o Work closely with the content writer to develop marketing materials.
o Ensure accurate and engaging content for the center’s website, brochures, and promotional materials.
o Collaborate on social media campaigns and newsletters.

4. Trainee Registrations:
o Oversee the registration process for trainees attending courses and workshops.
o Maintain accurate records, process payments, and provide timely confirmations.
o Address inquiries related to registrations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, project management).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • English & Arabic fluency.
  • Medical background is a must. 

    Additional Notes:
    The Project Coordinator will work closely with surgeons, educators, and administrative staff to enhance the quality of surgical training programs.
    This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
