Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will work closely with our HR department to provide support and guidance to all employees on various HR-related matters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company maintains a healthy work environment and that our employees are well taken care of.Your main responsibilities will include managing employee relations, recruitment and hiring, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
