SummaryDailymealz is currently looking for a talented and professional Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate who has a very solid knowledge about Human Resources procedures and passion about recruiting new employees, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.His/ her main responsibilities will include maintaining employees records, labor law implementation and recruiting. To fit in this role, you should be an excellent negotiator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.ResponsibilitiesPersonnel:Responsible for all Personnel activities such as contracts renewal, work permit renewal, services transfer, Iqama renewal and all types of personnel duties through the governmental platforms Qiwa, Gosi and MuqeemUpload the required payroll files on Mudad platform and ensure that company is abiding by the Saudi Labor SystemMaintaining Nitaq as targeted to ensure full utilization of government support and to avoid any penaltiesInsure that all employees follow the company’s policy and proceduresProceed employees requests through the HR system Manage flight bookings for annual leaves -for non-Saudis-, business trips, etc. according to company's travel policyUpdate health insurance records by adding or deleting members Investigate employees' violations and suggest proper disciplinary actions as per the violation and disciplinary policyInvestigate employees' violations and suggest proper disciplinary actions as per the violation and disciplinary policyRecruitment:Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Design and update job descriptions to reach out the most accurate duties form for each roleAdvertise job vacancies on various social media channels and professional platformScreen incoming applicants and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersConduct the HR part by interviewing candidates via phone, video and in-personOnboarding & Offboarding:Sent job offer to selected candidate and follow up to clarify compensation and benefits Conduct employee’s onboarding plan and HR orientation for new hiresResponsible for documentation employees’ custodyHandle End of Service process (EOS) for exiting employees in accordance with the HR policies and procedures and the Saudi Labor SystemRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field 2 years of proven experience in a similar roleEnglish language fluency Strong knowledge of labor legislation and dealing with the governmental platformsExcellent understanding of the full recruitment processStrong communication and negotiation skills
