The role has responsibility for the overall effectiveness of activities and for the ongoing implementation of best practices in the Region.Location: RiyadhKey Responsibilities & ActivitiesFollowing the Training Operations Processes and procedures from a sales contract signed till the Training certificates are issued and released coordinating with both Sales and Accounts teamMake sure we achieve the Target Revenue and profit every monthProper coordination with Trainers Hotels Travel Agencies and Courier CompaniesMaking sure the proper handling and delivery of Training materials to clientsTimely collection of Course returns from the Trainers after the courseTimely issuance of Training certificatesMaking sure proper documentation of Training Records on Time and facing AuditsHandling Training Contracts in SAP for invoices and details of training operations in Salesforce.Day-to-day support to Operations Team Leader , Sales Team, ( public and in house), and Accounts teamProduce and submit all weekly and monthly reports, expense sheets etc., within agreed timescalesTo Be Successful In The Role, You WillBe based in RiyadhBe a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationHave a good command of English and ArabicProficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of Salesforce will be considered an advantageOur Excellence Behaviours: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
