The role requires multi-department facilitation to help meet our customer requirements.Responsibilities/Accountabilty & AuthorityGood time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.Responsible to receive/unload equipment’s from customers for service team.Responsible to load serviced equipment for customers. Responsible to keep a record of hard/soft copies of the documents.Responsible to send email on time once equipment received/collected.Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.Handling enquiries in Logistics matters from other members or staff.Responsible to add third party cost to the work orders.Responsible to add man hours to the work orders.Responsible to close WOResponsible to allocate correct WO/batch to OA and dispatch.
