Key Accountabilities Responsible of various HR plans and procedures across BanoPuratos KSAAssist in developing department goals, objectives and systemsInvolve in the compensation & benefits processes, being responsible for disbursement and monitoring employees’ allowances in coordination with the Human Resources Manager and as per company’s policies and procedures.Ensure that data on the payroll and HR systems is always UpToDate.Responsible for payroll inputs, matters, Leave management across BanoPuratos KSA.Responsible for the medical insurance to be provided on time and as per eligibility criteria.Assist in the preparation and the execution of annual events and learning & development programs across BanoPuratos KSA.Assist in the recruitment process from screening and interviewing candidates and taking the shortlisted ones to a conclusion.Prepare monthly payroll report and identify monthly payroll differences.Assist in developing training plans, HR budget, and special events.Ensure all employees’ work permit are renewed on time. ProfileBachelor degree in Business or equivalent.3 to 5 years of HR experience.Strong communication and people management skills.Capacity to listen, reflect and treat people’s expectations and issues.Should be people oriented and open for new suggestions and ideasShould have good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
