Candidates with additional language skills will be given preference.Responsibilities:Write, translate and localize company policies and other formal documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity and cultural relevance in both English and Arabic.Create SEO-optimized blog posts and articles tailored for bilingual audiences, ensuring they are informative, engaging and aligned with the brand's tone.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and search rankings.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide innovative content ideas for various projects.Ensure all content adheres to industry and company standards, including compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.Proofread, edit and refine content to maintain high standards of grammar, accuracy and consistency.Track content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to enhance engagement.Requirements:Proven experience in content writing, translation and policy writing, with a portfolio showcasing work in English and Arabic.Ability to translate and write formal documentation, such as company policies, terms and conditions, and contracts.Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.Additional language proficiency is a plus.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of legal writing standards for formal policy drafting.Familiarity with brand awareness strategies and crafting content that resonates with target audiences.Experience creating content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns and corporate materials.Analytical mindset to track and measure content performance.
