About the Role
One of our client is looking for an experienced Wholesale Channel Expert with a strong background in FMCG sales to manage wholesale channel performance across Jeddah and Riyadh.
This individual contributor role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring profitable channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management (70%)
Deliver primary and secondary sales targets within assigned markets.
Manage multiple wholesale customers and build long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities, push volumes, and develop SKUs aligned with market needs.
Monitor competitor activities, prepare reports, and recommend counter strategies.
Brand & Product Portfolio (30%)
Drive brand growth, penetration, and market share in wholesale channels.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize product mix.
Launch new products and provide SKU development feedback.
Develop and execute sales promotions to drive volume growth.
Benchmark competitor pricing and activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
Experience: 12–15 years in wholesale channel sales within the FMCG sector.
Proven record in managing multiple wholesale customers and delivering strong results.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to remote collaboration.
Other Details
Reporting Manager: Head of Sales – KSA
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
Travel Requirements: As per business needs
