Overview:As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our terminal. You will be responsible for managing a team of terminal staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow.Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow.Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry.Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture.Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry.Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service.Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and handle on-call duties as needed.
