Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architecture Engineer with over 10 years of experience in site implementation and supervision within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of architectural works, ensuring design accuracy, quality standards, and coordination with various disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all architectural site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Inspect on-site construction work for design conformity and quality control.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
• Provide technical support and resolve architectural site issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.
• Support in managing schedules, manpower, and resources for architectural work packages.
