Review and assess architectural façade designs to ensure compliance with project
specifications, aesthetic goals, structural integrity, and applicable codes.
Redesign façade according to owner instructions
shop drawings based on consultant comments, site constraints.
Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure façade detailing aligns with
overall architectural and engineering plans.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) related to
façade elements.
Conduct cost analysis and assist in budget preparation related to façade systems and
materials.
Propose and evaluate value engineering options to optimize façade performance and
reduce costs without compromising quality or design intent.
Prepare and review technical submittals.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for façade-related technical
clarifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in façade design, engineering, or site implementation.
Proven experience working on high-rise, commercial, or complex architectural façade systems.
Experience in façade system types: unitized curtain walls, stick systems, cladding, aluminum systems, glass facades, etc.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and façade-specific design tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, THERM, or equivalent).
Understanding of materials used in façade systems (glass, aluminum, composite panels, stone, etc.).
Ability to review and prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-up documentation.
Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
Ability to manage façade design review and approvals process.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
