Job Description
- Supervise daily construction activities related to reinforced concrete, including steel reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, and concrete pouring.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and ensure works are executed as per approved plans.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labor teams to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and practices on-site at all times.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project management.
- Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and safety officers for smooth execution of work.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in steel fixing and formwork.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience in surveying works.
- Experience using the theodolite is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in reinforced concrete works.
- Strong expertise in steel fixing, formwork, and structural concrete execution.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
