Job Description
Prepare and issue structural shop drawings and quantity surveying (QS) for all assigned tasks.
Review and suggest technical proposals for design drawings, resolving clashes between structural and architectural disciplines.
Prepare bending lists and coordinate works with all project disciplines.
Conduct quantity surveys for steel, concrete, and all site activities (manual or software-based).
Review and prepare invoices, verify subcontractor invoices, and coordinate with the main consultant.
Ensure timely delivery of all required documentation and materials to the site.
Review preliminary and working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate multi-discipline design drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Verify BOQ quantities through thorough material take-off checks.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in a similar role within the construction field.
- Discipline: Civil Engineering.
- Background in real estate development, contracting, or consulting is required.
- Experience in residential compounds is a must.
- Proficiency in Technical Office software (AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering tools).
- ESD & shop drawings background is essential.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
