Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete, electrical, and mechanical crews on-site.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers regarding timelines, resource needs, and potential challenges.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of concrete structures, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Allocate tasks and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local codes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Train and mentor junior crew members to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role within the construction and real estate industry.
Proven experience overseeing concrete, electrical, and mechanical works on construction sites.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety protocols
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
