Architect

Site Engineer (Supervisor) Required - At least 10 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

Full supervision of site implementation work according to plans and technical specifications

Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality and safe implementation

Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress

Review and approve abstracts, shop drawings, and materials used

Coordinate between all parties on site (owner, contractor, consultant, suppliers)

Resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation and quickly address them

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture)

At least 10 years of practical experience in site supervision

Proficiency in using plans and engineering programs such as AutoCAD and MS Project

Ability to work under pressure and make decisions

Communication and team leadership skills on site

Previous experience with projects in the Gulf is preferred

Able to travel and work in Gulf countries
