Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural activities on construction sites. You will ensure that design intent is accurately implemented, coordinate with project stakeholders, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural works and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specs.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and resolve design issues on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Report progress and support junior architects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Project management or sustainability certifications are a plus.
