We are looking for ambitious IT Telesales Specialists to join our Cairo team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who want to launch a career in IT Sales & Cybersecurity while working with leading clients in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential clients using our CRM database.
Introduce Beta Digital Technology’s services and solutions, highlighting the value of cybersecurity and managed services.
Identify client needs and qualify opportunities for our Pre-Sales and Technical teams.
Coordinate and attend client visits with a Pre-Sales Engineer.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and pipeline creation.
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, notes, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate (2023–2025); degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT field preferred.
Up to 1 year of telesales or call center sales experience is a strong plus.
Resident of Cairo Governorate.
Good spoken English (not necessarily advanced).
Passion for technology, sales, and learning about cybersecurity and IT solutions.
Strong communication skills, confident with cold calling, and organized in using CRM tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: EGP 5,000 – 8,000.
High Commission (Tiered, Uncapped).

- ● Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ● Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- ● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- ● Adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
- ● Results-driven with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.
