Apex Steel & Constructions, a subsidiary of Apex Group, is seeking an experienced Sales & Administration Manager to spearhead our building materials operations. If you have an extensive background in steel rebar and cement sales and a strong network in the construction sector, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Location: New Maadi
Compensation: Attractive commissions & performance-based incentives
Contract Type: Full-time preferred – Consultancy arrangements possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee sales and distribution operations for steel rebar, cement, and related products.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with steel and cement manufacturers.
- Negotiate long-term supply agreements with competitive terms.
- Expand the client base within the construction and contracting industry.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
