Job Description
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions, and compensation.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
- Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties
- Assisted in the hiring and termination process and salary transactions.
- Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Track employees' absences (regular/irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Assist in keeping employees' hiring documents completed.
- Assist in Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures, developing employees’ benefits (cash & Noncash benefits).
- Managing the warning levels and the social insurance system
- Administer personnel procedures following employee agreements, including new hires.
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as the labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
- Manage & update the employee’s files.
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment to the policies.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of any relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a payroll/personnel is a must
- Experience in a retail company is a must
- HR Certificate/Diploma is a must
