Job Description
- Participating in regular meetings with staff members to discuss updates on current projects, and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are followed correctly
- Conducting staff training sessions to ensure that employees are knowledgeable about current policies and procedures
- Reviewing patient records to ensure that all required information is accurate and up to date
- Ensuring that all medical records are kept in compliance with federal regulations
- Managing the budget for medical services and supplies to ensure that costs are controlled
- Following up with patients to ensure that they are satisfied with their care and treatment plans
- Following up with branches to ensure that maintenances and all operation are controlled
- Following up with call center and tele sales manager to ensure that quality and process are controlled
- Reviewing insurance claims to ensure that they are processed accurately
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 7 years
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
