Location: On-Site (Dubai)Job Type: Full-TimeIndustry: iGamingEligibility:Only Indian CandidatesJob SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the iGaming industry. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships, optimizing player value, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, performance analysis, and strategic support. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, a strong understanding of iGaming products (casino, sportsbook), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfactionAct as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and performance updatesUnderstand clients’ business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goalsAnalyze account performance, player data, and campaign results to identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support, finance) to deliver seamless serviceMonitor client activity and behavior to proactively address any issues or opportunitiesNegotiate and renew contracts or agreements as neededStay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes relevant to your marketsPrepare and deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviewsRequirementsProven experience as a Key Account Manager or in client-facing roles, preferably in the iGaming sectorStrong knowledge of online casino operationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and analyticsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceFluent in English; additional languages are a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
