Job Description
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to identify staffing needs and man power planning.
- Follow up with the recruitment agencies to make sure that we are on the planed timeline.
- Received the selected candidates resumes by the recruitment agencies and make 2nd selection phase.
- Conduct interview procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Conduct final interview for the qualified candidates.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a mass recruitment project in coordination with many recruitment agencies to employ more than 1000 employee.
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent Communication & Time management skills.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Previous experience in hiring high level positions (preferred in food industry)
