Job Description
- Review and implement CRM system and automation system for the business
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Work with the marketing team to develop techniques that will drive new customers
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Monitor the CRM software and improve the flow
- Work in internal development and system automation
- Develop company internal workflow
- Work in development of more than one business field in healthcare, hospitality and real estate
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a CRM specialist or similar role
- Experience in zapier, make or similar products
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- BSc in Business or relevant field
