Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized offerings.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Ensure sales pipeline accuracy and timely reporting through CRM systems.
- Support after-sales activities and client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior sales or application engineers, if required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 3–5 years in a technical sales or business development managerial role.
- Experience in oil & gas and automation is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
