Job Description
Manage and implement all project activities efficiently and with high quality, ensuring their delivery within the defined scope and timeline while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute all technical project phases until final delivery.
Coordinate with technical and procurement departments to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
Lead the implementation and technical teams to execute work as per the approved plans and specifications.
Monitor the project progress in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Resolve project-related issues and ensure that implementation is on track.
Prepare project documentation and technical/financial reports.
Perform any additional duties that support team success and align with the organization’s operations.
Weekly Reports:
-Project progress report (completion rate, delays, available resources).
-Final project delivery report and variance analysis against the project plan.
-Bi-weekly technical and administrative meeting report.
-Evaluation report on team technical performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Telecommunications / Electronics).
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing or operating technical projects.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make technical and administrative decisions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and team management abilities.
