Job Description
- Understand the client’s business and HR processes, systems, and data
- Analyze the client’s current HR landscape and make recommendations for improvement
- Design and configure the HR system to meet the client’s needs
- Integrate the HR system with other business systems
- Test the HR system to ensure it meets the client’s requirements
- Train the client’s staff on how to use the HR system
- Go live with the HR system
- Provide post-go-live support to the client
- Write documentation for the HR system
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technology trends
- Attend conferences and webinars on HR technology
- Write articles and blog posts on HR technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, business administration, or related field.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in HCM Consulting.
- Experience in ORCAlE Cloud.
- Must have ORACLE Implementation Project Experience with reference.
- full life cycle ORACLE implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Experience with Success Factors or other cloud-based HRIS systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects.
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
- Able to coach, support, train, and develop end users.
