Job Description
• Lead the development and support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions using Oracle HRMS.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Self-Service (SSHR) components, EIT/SIT configurations, BI/ML Publisher reports, workflows, AME setups, Fast Formulas, and User Hooks.
• Manage integrations with internal and external entities.
• Perform data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing reliable and scalable solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive training materials and user documentation for end-users.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver appropriate functional solutions using Oracle HRMS.
• Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
• Conduct and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle HRMS functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance HR processes and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, Fast Formulas, and SSHR/Form personalization's is required.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience as a techno functional HCM specialist Consultant.
