Job Description
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Financial modules including AP, AR, GL and FA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions using best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, reports, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW).
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Finance modules.
- Collaborate with end users, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and projects.
- Participate in testing, training, and documentation for new implementations and system changes.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance in financial systems.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Major in Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant in Financial modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 or later (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle tools: PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, and interfaces (APIs, etc.).
- Proven experience with financial business processes and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certifications in Financial modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (nice to have).
- Exposure to other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory) is a plus.
