Reports To: Team Leader
Division: Direct Sales
Job Purpose:
Engage leads, present projects, conduct follow-ups, and close sales while maintaining a strong understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing.
- Conduct presentations and site visits.
- Customize offers and payment plans per client.
- Maintain full documentation and CRM compliance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales for property consultants
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate sales for senior sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- CRM literacy and time management required.
