Job Description
- Visit and show several sites and explain the features of homes.
- Determine the best method of buying or selling and review financials.
- Ensure the property is updated and ready for sale.
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine the fair market prices.
- Handle transactions.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Make his role as a sales call, follow up with clients, make sights visits, meetings with developers and reservations units.
- Privet ads on social media on behave of our company to generate potential clients.
- Supporting team members especially his partner.
- Representing the company in his appearance and behavior.
- Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is A must.
- Owns car is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate field.
- Presentable profiles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
