Job Description
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming experience upon arrival.
- Register new patients and update their files.
- Schedule patient appointments via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls in line with office procedures.
- Clearly explain dental office procedures, policies, and expectations to patients.
- Inform patients about financial treatment plan options and address related inquiries.
- Handle difficult or upset patients professionally and with empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Manage payments and billing as required.
Job Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance; presentable and well-groomed.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or receptionist.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience.
- Preferred: Dental clinic experience and familiarity with Dentolize software.
