Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and deliver mail, parcels, and incoming documents.
- Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings for employees and visitors.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure visitor registration and notify employees of their arrival.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring coverage during working hours.

Job Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
