Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong background in the software or technology sector to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills to support demand generation, brand awareness, and product marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and product roadmaps for the software portfolio.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and new opportunities within the software sector.
    • Define target audiences and develop effective messaging and positioning for various software products/solutions.
    • Develop compelling product launch strategies and marketing collateral.
    • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: 
    • Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content (blogs, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics) to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content and structure to rank higher in search engine results (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a primary driver for generating qualified leads for software sales
    • Reaching Target Audiences: Software companies often have specific niches (e.g., B2B SaaS, mobile apps, FinTech solutions). allowing for effective reach of decision-makers and end-users.
    • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive traffic.
    • Develop and implement lead generation programs to attract qualified prospects for our software solutions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead hand-off and alignment on sales-enabling tools.
    • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and nurture leads.
  • Brand Management & PR: 
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and industry awards, to enhance brand reputation in the software space.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize spend.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable):
    • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in software companies within the past 4 years is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility to travel.
