Job Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cairo, Egypt, with hybrid work type (Marsa Alam, Hurghada, North Coast) for interviews purpose (A few days according to business need only).
- Coordinate with Group CHRO & HR Supervisor of Red Sea and managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
- Design interview questions using job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven 2 years experience in Hospitals, Clinics (Preferred)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent communication skillsnegotiation skills in both English and Arabic
- English language, preferred additional languages (German, French ..else
- Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Available for Domestic travel when required (Red Sea)
