As a Magento E-commerce Specialist, you’ll optimize our marketplace, manage product listings, and implement digital marketing strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience, boosting conversion rates, and supporting our e-commerce success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with sellers, helping them follow marketplace guidelines. Assist with product listings, pricing, and improving their online presence. Keep product listings accurate and appealing, and check inventory levels to ensure products are available.
- Regularly review marketplace performance, find improvement areas, and make necessary updates. Work with the tech team to improve platform features and user experience for both sellers and buyers. Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to spot improvement opportunities. Use SEO best practices to boost search rankings and attract organic traffic.
- Create and run digital marketing campaigns to attract sellers and boost product visibility. Manage and adjust ad budgets to bring in a diverse group of sellers to the platform.
- Enhance the overall customer experience on the marketplace, including the user interface, navigation, and checkout process. Respond to seller and buyer inquiries and resolve any issues with online transactions.
- Create regular reports on marketplace performance metrics and offer insights for strategic decisions. Use analytics tools to monitor marketing campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align marketplace initiatives with business goals. Collaborate with seller support teams to ensure smooth and efficient marketplace operations.
Work Methodology / Remotely:
The work will be done remotely as an 8-hour workday, 5 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Egypt time. We use Hubstaff to track work
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
Preferences in the Comparison Between Applicants:
- Any relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated productivity and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Residency in Egypt.
- Willingness and readiness to travel to Saudi Arabia as required.
- Possess suitable remote work equipment, including hardware, software, and a high-speed internet connection.
