Masterplan and Landscape Design Manager

Job Duties :

• Collaborate with development, architecture, landscape & infrastructure departments to meet the firm vision for related project. 
• Assess tendering technical offers regarding the scope of master plan consultancy. 
• Manage the master plan scope contracts with the awarded consultant. 
• Conduct the process of releasing projects’ marketing layouts. 
• Manage delivering authorities permits packages and Ministerial decrees documents.
•  Manage issuing project’s master plan design packages “Concept design, Schematic design & Detailed design” fully coordinated with all concerned parties. 
• Perform a Day to day follow up with international & local consultants regarding Master planning & Landscape design Scopes of work. 
• Participate in decision making regarding design process and ongoing execution process. 
• Provide Technical support and advice to stakeholders of the projects i.e., operation, Site teams, commercial, finance, development & facility management. 
• Perform Design packages technical review process. 
• Seeking new ways for VE studies considering maintaining the quality and design intent. 
• Contribute with development department in massing studies and master planning. 
• Support development department with authorities’ documents and technical advice. 
• Manage a crashing program in fast-track projects with tight time schedules
