Job Description
- Oversee the execution of interior and exterior finishing works across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Lead and manage multiple site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.
- Coordinate with international & Local consultants to ensure compliance with global design standards, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Establish and lead the finishing technical execution department, including setting systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved shop drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to handover—ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and consolidate detailed Periodic technical and financial reports for High-level management review.
- Resolve on-site challenges and technical issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure progress continuity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in high-end finishing projects (Residential, compounds, villas, office buildings, retail spaces, and shopping malls).
- Strong knowledge of modern finishing systems and technologies, including: (Advanced materials and finishes, Automation systems, Central heating and cooling systems (HVAC), Smart building solutions, Solid understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and coordination with electromechanical teams).
- Excellent command of project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
