Job Description
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out & finishing projects to ensure seamless project completion within scope.
- Manage construction activities, suppliers, and on-site teams to achieve high-quality standards and meet strict deadlines.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and adherence to design specifications to control costs and maintain compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow and resolve issues proactively.
- Apply expertise in claims, planning, and engineering to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks.
Job Requirements
- 15-20 years' experience in large-scale projects (e.g., Metro stations, Hospitals, Hotels, Aluminum Cladding or similar high-end projects)
- Proven experience in high-end finishing works (cladding, Marble, Aluminum façade, ceilings, etc.) & interior fit-out.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Leadership skills to manage teams under tight schedules.
