Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Project Oversight – Manage a portfolio of complex software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones; adjust proactively to keep initiatives on track.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, executives, and clients, providing transparent updates and gathering feedback.
• Risk & Quality Management – Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and enforce rigorous quality standards for all deliverables.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and guide project managers, developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional contributors to achieve peak performance.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination – Oversee relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Process Improvement – Champion best practices in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to enhance efficiency and predictability.
Job Requirements
•Experience – 9+ years in software project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or portfolio management role.
• Technical Knowledge – Strong grasp of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
• Strategic & Analytical Skill
•Process Optimization – Streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and predictability
• Performance Metrics & Reporting – Tracking KPIs, producing actionable insights, and presenting to leadership
• Business Acumen – Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide project priorities
• Leadership – Proven ability to inspire and manage diverse, distributed teams.
• Certifications – PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master credentials preferred.
• Tools – Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, or equivalent project management platforms.
