Job Description
- Oversee and supervise finishing stages from block work through handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with multiple subcontractors (e.g., masonry, painting, carpentry, MEP) and monitor daily progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company protocols are strictly followed on-site.
- Prepare regular project reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize cost and time.
- Liaise directly with the Project Manager to resolve on-site challenges and coordinate schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction engineering with a focus on high-end finishing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury finishing works for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
