Job Description
- Supervise and follow up on all finishing works for villas and apartments.
- Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines.
- Provide and purchase required materials for the site, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the execution of painting, flooring, carpentry, gypsum, and other finishing tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any site-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress and material usage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer with a focus on finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and best practices in residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
