Job Description
-Identify, prospect, and develop new fleet business opportunities with corporates, leasing companies, and government entities.
-Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key fleet customers and decision-makers.
-Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to fleet clients.
-Collaborate with finance, after-sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service and vehicle delivery.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth areas and recommend improvements.
-Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and forecasts using CRM systems.
-Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the brand and expand the client base.
-Support the development and launch of fleet marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
-Follow up competitors’ activities and products. Prepare comparisons (based on features and performance) between competitors’ product ranges.
-To ensure that the sales standards for the company are achieved and maintained. This enhances Company’s image and prestige and ensures higher customer satisfaction. Hence, contributes to growth of Business.
-Ensure Customer Retention rate and Conversion rate for successful sales increases using available tools and resources.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
3+ years of proven experience in fleet sales or automotive B2B sales.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, fleet leasing models, and commercial client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer orientation with a consultative selling approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
