Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive specializing in Resale Brokerage to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in the resale market, and possess strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in buying or selling resale properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available listings.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently and ethically.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and property values.
- Develop and maintain a robust client database and CRM system.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on resale brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property valuation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Owning a car is a plus.
