Job Description

Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Cost Control:

  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures to minimize overruns.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to inform stakeholders of budget status.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Prepare contingency plans to ensure project resilience against unforeseen challenges.

Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget performance, and risk assessments for senior management.
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise formats.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on planning and cost control in Construction companies  
  • Experience in commercial and residential real estate development.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and cost estimation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus.
